Investment & Partnership

* Shared Investment, Shared Risk
Investment Requirement: Shiki will hold 10%-15% equity as a silent partner. The exact percentage depends on whether the partner requires Shiki Group to act as a guarantor.

* Site Selection
Shiki's influence, brand backing, and proven track record in Illinois are demonstrated through lease agreements signed with landlords. In addition to a professional site-selection and negotiation team, locations where Shiki participates as a guarantor typically secure higher tenant improvement (TI) allowances, longer rent-free periods, and lower rent.

* Restaurant Experience
Individual partners must have at least 3 years of restaurant industry experience and commit to working full-time in the operation and management of the Shiki brand. Team-based partners must provide a team introduction and company materials such as existing restaurant brands and addresses.

Investment Details

Intent Fee & Refund Policy

Before submitting your application, please confirm your investment intent and verify that you or your team meet the city partner requirements. If your application is approved, the $10,000 intent fee will be credited toward your total investment.

If you voluntarily withdraw your application, a $5,000 consulting service fee will be charged, and the remaining $5,000 will be refunded.

If Chubby Group rejects your application, the full $10,000 will be refunded.
